This mural is inspired by the joyfulness of children’s play, which is represented by the simple, age-old activity of blowing bubbles. Its lively spectrum of colors signals an inclusive attitude and is inspired by Mexican culture, welcoming the diverse community that Chula Vista Smiles serves. This project was funded by the Create Chula Vista Arts Grant with the goal of uplifting underserved populations through free access to public art.
